NCLT Promulgated
Dear Clients,
NCLT & NCLAT is constituted with effect from 1st June 2016. Around 32 sections and more than 15 sub sections of the Companies Act 2013 is notified & effective from the same day.
Effective immediately, Corporate need to approach NCLT for Cases relating to Oppression, Mismanagement, Compounding of offences, Alteration of articles etc. However Cases in High court with regard to Mergers, Amalgamation, etc are yet to be transferred to NCLT.
