Exemption from online filing of Form GST RFD 11 along with Bond and LUT

Circular No.2/2017 F.No.349/82/2017-GST  dated 4th July,2017 the GST Commisioner has exempting the Assessee from submitting of Form GST RFD 11 onine and  the same form along with Bond or LUT can submit Manually  to the Jurisdicitonal Assistant /Deputy commissioner, who will file the same , till the module for funishing FORM GST RFD 11 is availlable on the common portal.

So make sure that you submit your Form to the Jurisdicitonal Assistant /Deputy commissioner, before you export with out payment of GST.
